We stayed for five nights during January 2024. Despite our room being located on the top floor, we had no running hot water to shower for five consecutive days. Furthermore, one evening we had no water at all, we were told that the water tank was empty! Really ironic that the local sea temperature is much warmer than the shower facilities offered by this hotel! Then to add more misery there was no Wi-Fi for three out of our five days stay. Management made excuses that the internet was broken for the whole of Havelock Island, this was not true only our hotel had no internet services or Wi-Fi. Please don’t waste your hard-earned money by placing a booking with Shangri Las Beach Resort-Havelock Island.

We went for Candel Light Dinner and had below average experience. Food quality was ok but price is not worth for a beach side candel Light Dinner. There are many CLD arrangements near by making the place messy.. CLDs are mainly arranged on commercial basis. You don't have any privacy.

Worst cottage washroom is very dirty and and service is very poor not recommended to book wastage of money food quality is also very poor the staff is just avoiding what you ask only one thing is beach view which is very good

It was a good stay in their newly built building in a spacious semi Deluxe Room. Every amenities were available. Receptionist was really nice positive young energetic person with a smiley face. Service was good. Only water was running short in every dawn . Others were Fine..

Agoda is a booking scam. We booked 2 rooms in shangrilas in andaman with 2 extra bed..the room size advertised was 30 meters but we got really dirty rooms of 4 meters and fungus bed..we ended up being sick. Neither Agoda nor shangrilas is ready to refund.
